  • Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

    Deposits are required for all new customers and all ceramic coating packages.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer your slot to another customer. If cancellation on the day, we may asl for payment in full.

  • Do you offer a mobile valeting service?
    Yes — we can come to your home, workplace, or any convenient location. Just include your preferred address in the Additional Notes field when booking.
  • How long does the service take?

    Turnaround times vary by service. A standard exterior valet takes around 1-2 hours; a full detail or paint correction can take a full week or longer depending on the vehicle's condition. We'll give you a specific time estimate when confirming your booking.
